Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Albany, NY origin, circa 1825, highly-ovoid jug with tooled spout, decorated with a brushed daisy plant with long, splayed leaves. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Some shallow chipping to spout. A few minor base chips. Two small in-the-firing pings to surface with short lines extending through them.
