Two-Gallon Stoneware "Ice Water" Cooler with Face Spigot and Incised Floral Decoration, attributed to the Wingender Pottery, Haddonfield, NJ, late 19th century, barrel-form cooler with coggled banding to shoulder and base, the spigot in the form of a mustached man's face, the front incised with the words, "Ice Water", flanked by incised foliate motifs. Base impressed "2". Cobalt highlights throughout. Includes wooden spigot. A 4 1/2" hairline from rim on front. Surface lines to underside, not visible on interior.
