Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Wreath Decoration, Stamped "LYONS", Thompson Harrington, Lyons, NY, circa 1860, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder, flared collar, and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed design of a wreath surrounded by a freehand "2". Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and handle terminals. A 3 1/2" Y-shaped line to reverse, not visible on interior. A minor rim chip.
