Scarce Miniature Stoneware Presentation Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Inscribed on Underside "Nellie", Northeastern U.S. origin, circa 1860, ovoid jug with rounded spout and Albany-slip-glazed interior, the front decorated with a brushed design of a tulip plant. Underside incised "Nellie". Exceptional size. Excellent condition with a 3/4" hairline to upper handle terminal and minor chipping to base. H 4 1/2".
