Two Stoneware Crocks with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "E.A. MONTELL / OLEAN, NY", circa 1870, a three-gallon crock with double tulip decoration, paired with a five-gallon crock with triple tulip decoration and an incised "X" on shoulder. Three-gallon crock with a long Y-shaped hairline to reverse, some light exfoliation to reverse, and a handle chip. Five-gallon crock with a spider crack to underside, which forms a Y at base area, a 3" surface line to shoulder, some minor exfoliation to shoulder on front, wear to rim area on reverse, and staining to surface.
