Three Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Bottles, Northeastern U.S. origin, 19th century, all with cobalt-decorated tops, one stamped "JOHN PARKER", one stamped "BOYD & BEARD / ROOT BEER", and one stamped "H. YOUNG". Provenance: Property of a New York State collector. Heavy wear to John Parker bottle, including in-the-firing base chips and an in-the-firing chip to top of spout. Boyd & Beard jug with a 7/8" in-the-firing chip to shoulder area, a smaller chip to base, wear to edge of shoulder, and a tiny spout nick. H. Young bottle with two minor spout chips, one with very short line descending from it, in-the-firing chips to underside at edge, and a short line to underside/base. H (of tallest) 10 1/4".
