Three Northeastern U.S. Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Floral Decoration, third quarter 19th century, a two-gallon jar with floral decoration, stamped "C. HART & SON/ SHERBURNE", with "SHERBURNE" impressed upside-down; a two-gallon jar with floral decoration, stamped "Nichols & Boynton / Burlington, VT"; and a two-gallon jar with slip-trailed floral and berry decoration, stamped "A.O. WHITTEMORE / HAVANA, NY". Hart jar in excellent condition with a small handle chip. Nichols & Boynton jar with a large rim chip and an in-the-firing base chip. Whittemore jar with filled rim flake and filled 2 5/8" section to rim.
