Framed Satterlee & Mory, New-York Stone Ware Pottery, Fort Edward, NY Stoneware Price List, Dated May 31, 1875, the header reading, "NEW-YORK STONE WARE POTTERY, FORT EDWARD. / FORT EDWARD, N.Y. / Bought of SATTERLEE & MORY, / Dealers in Every Description of Stone and Rockingham Ware." List includes images of various stoneware forms, decorated with bird and floral motifs. Included in a gilded wooden frame with matting. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, from a long-term private collection; Exhibited at the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, Williamsburg, VA. Typical fold marks, some light wrinkling, and a small tear to upper left. Period pen and pencil notations to front and reverse. Framed Dimensions: 20 7/8" x 13 3/4".
