Four-Gallon Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jar, North Carolina origin, mid 19th century, ovoid jar with flattened rim and applied arching tab handles, the surface covered in a streaky brownish alkaline glaze. Excellent condition with some light wear to rim and surface.
