Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1885, ovoid pitcher with footed base and short, wide collar, the front decorated with a swag and hanging flower motif. Cobalt swag decoration to spout and collar. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Restoration to base. Three small base chips, one of which is glazed over. H 7 1/2".
