One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "H. MYERS", attributed to Henry Remmey, Sr., Baltimore, MD, circa 1825, cylindrical jar with footed base and semi-squared rim, decorated around the shoulder with a brushed floral design featuring circular blossoms. Base chips. Some water glass staining to surface. A small in-the-firing contact mark above maker's mark.
