Two Pieces of Mid-Atlantic Stoneware, second half 19th century, a half-gallon jar, decorated with a fan-shaped cobalt floral motif three times around the shoulder; paired with a two-gallon jar with cobalt clover motif on both sides, signed "P. HERRMANN", Peter Herrmann, Baltimore, MD. Half-gallon jar with three minor rim nicks. Two-gallon jar in excellent condition with a small rim chip.
