Tanware Pitcher, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1880, ovoid pitcher with tall, flaring collar, decorated in Albany slip with fuchsia vine design between freehand dashes and a freehand stripe. Collar decorated with stylized flourishes below brushed drapes. Freehand stripes to handle and Albany slip highlights to handle terminals. A 5/8" chip to side of rim. Two tiny nicks and minor wear to rim. Wax residue to underside. H 6 1/2".
