Two Westerwald Stoneware "GR" Mugs, German origin, circa 1780, both with tooled foot and collar, featuring incised and cobalt-highlighted decoration surrounding a "GR" medallion. Smaller mug with large filled area to rim with 1 1/4" hairline extending from, along with an additional hairline through base of handle. Larger mug with two large cracks and numerous thin lines emanating from collar, as well as a filled wedge at rim. H (of smaller example) 5 1/8".
