Two Cobalt-Stenciled Stoneware Jars, A.P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, WV, circa 1880, a canning jar with wax sealer rim, stenciled "A.P. Donaghho. / Parkersburg, W.Va.", paired with a half-gallon jar with stenciled banner motif, attributed to Donaghho. Canning jar with shallow chip to bottom edge and minor chipping to interior of rim. Other jar with a chip to bottom edge of rim and a small in-the-firing contact mark to left side. H (of canning jar) 8 1/8".
