Two Southern Stoneware Churns, late 19th century, a three-gallon Albany-slip-glazed example, stamped "J.O. BROWN", Atlanta, GA origin; paired with a two-gallon salt-glazed churn, North Carolina origin. Brown churn with wear to interior of rim and inner rim, a thin 2 1/2" cross-shaped crack from rim, and handle chips. Other churn with a 2 1/2" hairline from rim and Y-shaped surface line to underside, not visible on interior. H (of Brown churn) 15".
