Slip-Decorated Redware Tart Plate, American, first quarter 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior decorated with a haphazard trail of yellow slip resembling a script "B". Provenance: Found in the Huntington, Long Island area. A 1" flake to top edge of rim and several nicks to bottom edge of rim. Diameter 3 7/8".
