Two Stoneware Jars, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1870, half-gallon cylindrical stoneware jar with cobalt swag and floral decoration, with a three-gallon ovoid jar with double tulip decoration on the front and reverse. Cylindrical jar with iron spot at base and wear to rim. Ovoid jar with several base chips, a Y-shaped crack on underside, continuing 7 1/2" up side of jar, and a few chips on interior of rim.
