One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1870, ovoid pitcher with flared foot and tooled accents to collar and body, the body decorated with a brushed two-stemmed clover plant. Additional brushed clovers to collar. Excellent color. A few very minor base chips. A 2" Y-shaped line at base on reverse, continuing across underside. Two short and faint surface lines at base.
