Two Pieces of Western Pennsylvania Stoneware with Cobalt Decoration, circa 1875, a one-gallon jar, stenciled "WILLIAMS & REPPERT. / GREENSBORO, PA" with stenciled foliate design at center; paired with a canning jar with three freehand stripes. Williams & Reppert jar with Y-shaped hairline at base on reverse, continuing onto underside, some fry to cobalt, and sticky residue / staining to surface. Canning jar with heavy chipping to interior of rim, a small chip to exterior of rim, and a minuscule base chip.
