One-Gallon Ovoid Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Henry Harrison Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1835, ovoid jar with footed base, tooled shoulder, and rounded rim, decorated with a tulip and swag design extending completely around the shoulder. Essentially as-made condition with a 4 1/2" in-the-firing dry spot to one side and a 1 1/4" contact mark / dry spot to opposite side.
