Rare Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher, Stamped “GOODWIN & WEBSTER,” Hartford, CT origin, early 19th century, ovoid pitcher with heavy tooling at the base of the collar, the surface covered in a reddish-brown Albany slip glaze. Impressed with large “GOODWIN & WEBSTER” maker’s mark at midsection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 9 1/4”.
