Scarce One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Swag Decoration, Stamped "W.B. KENNER / STRASBURG, VA," circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated around the shoulder with five groups of cobalt swags. Shoulder impressed with difficult-to-find W.B. Kenner maker's mark. Two small chips and some light wear to exterior of rim. A chip to interior of rim.
