One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Clover Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1860, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooled shoulder, and rounded rim, decorated with a two-stemmed brushed clover plant extending up the front. Spout flanked by cobalt swags and collar decorated with clovers on each side. Professionally-restored cracks in body and underside, including some touch-up to leaves at right base of decoration.
