Scarce Small-Sized Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Clover Decoration, Baltimore, MD, circa 1880, ovoid pitcher with flared base, tooled midsection, and slightly-flared collar with rounded rim, decorated with a brushed cobalt clover on the front. Brushed cobalt dashes flank the spout. Good form and highly-desirable size. Faint 3" hairline on right side of pitcher. Hairline through middle of handle. H 6 7/8".
