Four Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, probably Maryland origin, second half 19th century, a half-gallon jar with cobalt swag decoration, a one-gallon jar with cobalt leaf or clover decoration, a one-gallon jar with swag decoration, and a half-gallon jar with clover decoration. Half-gallon swag jar with large reglued pieces, cracks, a few rim chips, and short line in shoulder molding. One-gallon swag jar with lines on underside, continuing onto base. One-gallon leaf or clover jar in excellent condition with a small chip on interior of rim. Half-gallon clover jar with thin cracks.
