Two Hartford, CT Stoneware Jars, early 19th century, both of two-gallon capacity, one marked "D. GOODALE / HARTFORD" with cobalt highlights to the maker's mark and handle terminas, the other marked "GOODWIN & WEBSTER" with manganese highlights to the maker's mark and handle terminals. Goodale jar with base chips and chipping on inner rim for lid. Goodwin & Webster jar with base chips, rim chips, and hairlines from rim.
