Stoneware "Ice Water" Cooler with Incised Decoration, attributed to the Wingender Pottery, Haddonfield, NJ, late 19th century, three-gallon, keg-form cooler with coggled and cobalt-highlighted banding, incised with the cobalt-highlighted inscription, "Ice Water," flanked by incised foliate designs. Cobalt-highlighted spigot in the form of a bearded man's face. Base stamped "3". Excellent condition with a small nick to base of bung hole. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, found in New Jersey.
