Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "CORTLAND," Madison Woodruff and Romanzo Smith, New York State origin, circa 1867-1869, squat-shaped jug with tooled shoulder and squared spout, decorated with an elaborate slip-trailed tulip plant bearing three large blossoms. Excellent condition.
