Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Northeastern U.S. origin, possibly William H. Ingel, Taunton, Massachusetts, circa 1845, ovoid jug with tooled shoulder and semi-squared spout, decorated with an elongated cobalt flower flanked by two smaller flowers. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a minor base nick.
