Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "J. HEISER / BUFFALO, N.Y.," circa 1850, ovoid jug with semi-squared spout, the front decorated with a brushed tulip extending from a leafy stem. Strong decoration. Chip on top of spout. An additional small chip and two minor nick on exterior of spout. Three very minor nicks to base.
