Two Buffalo, NY Stoneware Jugs, 19th century, a two-gallon jug with cobalt-dipped top, stenciled "C. PERSON'S SONS. / BUFFALO. N.Y.," attributed to the White's Pottery, Utica, NY; paired with a two-gallon, undecorated jug, stamped "H. HEISER / BUFFALO, N.Y.". Person's jug in excellent, essentially as-made condition with some glaze flaws to spout and a tiny in-the-making nick to spout. Heiser jug with a tiny base chip, minor base wear, and a chip to top of spout.
