Two Diminutive Glazed Redware Face Harvest Jugs, origin unknown, late 19th or 20th centuries, molded in the form of human faces with heavily-incised hair, the surface covered in a reddish-brown lead-and-manganese glaze. Minor chips to one jug. Other jug in excellent condition. H (of taller jug) 5 3/4".
