Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Mid-Atlantic origin, circa 1870, a half-gallon jar with brushed cobalt fern-shaped floral motifs, paired with a one-gallon jar with horizontal floral designs and an unusual tulip extending up from the base. Smaller jar with large glazed-over stone ping to shoulder and spidering hairline from rim. Larger jar with flake associated with decoration at base and some small rim chips.
