Two Early Glazed Redware Pitchers, American, early 19th century, both of similar form, with highly-ovoid midsections, narrow feet, flared collars, and ribbed strap handles, similarly-decorated with dark lead-and-manganese glazes. Smaller pitcher with base chips, a rim chip, two short hairlines from rim, and some rim wear. Larger pitcher with rim and spout chips, as well as a tight 1" hairline from rim and some minor, short lines in base. H (of smaller pitcher) 8 1/2".
