Two Salt-Glazed Stoneware Bottles, Northeastern U.S. origin, 19th century, both of similar cylindrical form with blob tops, one with impressed and cobalt-highlighted advertising for "LEROY. BROWN & SON," the other impressed "R. K. & Co. / KNICKERBOCKER". Small base chip and firing flaw to side of Knickerbocker bottle. Both in otherwise very nice condition. H (of taller bottle) 9 1/2".
