Four-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, attributed to G. & A. Black, Somerfield, PA, circa 1860, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, squared rim, and ribbed lug handles, decorated on the front and back with an elaborate floral design. Impressed "4" on both sides. Lines throughout much of body and underside. Chips to shoulder molding. Minor chip to rim.
