Two Stoneware Bottles, American, second half 19th century, one impressed "R SWINLEY & CO / PATERSON NJ" on one side, with an "X" on reverse, and decorated with brown slip band; paired with a second bottle, impressed "AVERY N LORD". Paterson bottle with small rim chip. Other bottle with chipping to bottom edge of spout. H (of Paterson bottle) 10 3/4".
