Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "FA. PLAISTED & CO, / GARDINER ME," circa 1850, cylindrical jug with semi-rounded rim and ribbed handles, decorated with an abstract cobalt foliate design. Minor chip on interior of spout. Smalll as hip. H 14 3/4".
