Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Milkpan, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1840, with tapered sides, applied tab handles, and pouring spout, decorated around the shoulder with a series of brushed cobalt swags and hanging flowers. Hole in underside. Small base chip. Glazed-over handle chip. Chip to opposite handle. H 5 1/4" ; Diameter 9 3/4".
