Stoneware Canning Jar with Stenciled Floral Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with sloped shoulder and rounded "wax sealer" rim, cobalt-decorated with two elaborate stenciled floral designs. 3/4" base chip. Several small chips on interior of rim. H 9 1/2".
