Rare Glazed Redware Loving Cup with Incised Dog Decoration, American, Dated 1892, large-sized cylindrical form with three handles, each with incised floral designs; one side incised with a long-eared dog with open mouth and lolling tongue, another side incised with the initials "M.C.V.P.," the third side incised "1892." Surface decorated with a streaky lead and manganese glaze. Flakes to interior and base area. H 6 1/8".
