Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, circa 1875, a two-gallon jug with cobalt foliate design, marked "SEYMOUR & BOSWORTH / HARTFORD, CONN.," paired with a four-gallon Midwestern "bee stinger" jug with salt drips. CT jug with spots of fry to cobalt, a small spout nick, and a 2 1/2" in-the-firing line at base on reverse, extending 2" onto underside. Midwestern jug with contact mark on front. H (of CT jug) 14".
