Unusual Glazed Redware Bulldog Doorstop, PA origin, 19th century, molded figure of a seated bulldog with hollowed interior, decorated with splashed manganese over an orange and green clay ground. Losses to feet. Large base chip on reverse. Chips to one ear and spots of glaze wear to surface. H 5 1/4" ; Length 7".
