Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Floral Decoration, Stamped "M. WOODRUFF / CORTLAND," NY State origin, circa 1867-1869, cylindrical crock with lug handles, decorated with two cobalt flowers extending from slip-trailed stems. Provenance: Lynn White Collection. Readfield, ME. 4" Y-shaped line below Woodruff mark. 2" loss to one handle, visible on reverse. H 10 1/2".
