One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1860, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with a cobalt fan-shaped flower at the shoulder on one side and swags on the reverse. 9" vertical hairline. Glazed-over base chip. Staining to surface. Small nick on top edge of rim. H 10 1/2".
