Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, late 19th century, the first a three-gallon Midwestern jug with "bee stinger" decoration, the second a one-gallon advertising jug for "B. Breakstone / WBarre.Pa," stamped "LEWIS JONES / PITTSTON, PA." Midwestern jug with minor spout wear and dryness to shoulder. Lewis Jones jug with fry to cobalt, small chip on front of spout, long shallow chip on back of spout, and small chip to handle. H (of Lewis Jones jug)10 1/2".
