Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, attributed to David Parr, Jr., Richmond, VA, circa 1855, cylindrical jar with semi-squared rim, decorated with three groups of brushed cobalt swags around the shoulder. 1 3/4" piece of kiln furniture adhered near base. Wear to interior and exterior of rim. Two base chips. H 8".
