Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped “BURGER & LANG / ROCHESTER, N.Y.� circa 1875, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and semi-rounded rim, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt plant with fan-shaped blossom. Two cracks from rim on front, measuring 6 1/4� and 5 3/4�. 6 1/2� crack from on side of crock. Two hairlines from rim on reverse, measuring 4� and 3�. H 10 1/8".
