Glazed Redware Figure of a Reclining Lion, probably PA origin, mid to late 19th century, molded figure of a reclining lion, its head, mane, and paws, decorated with sponged manganese. Surface covered in a clear lead glaze. Hollow interior. Two base chips. Two small glaze flakes to lion's leg. Small glaze flakes to lion's mane. Length 8 1/2".
